Day 5 - Cloud Gazing

I was taking a light nap in the grass. Why would I be doing such a thing, you might ask? Simple: I just felt like it. Don't judge me. I just came back with a mission with the rest of Team Natsu, and I deserved a nice break, so I chose to spend it by looking at clouds. However, after my nap, I decided to look at some clouds, just to keep myself occupied. And right now, I see a cloud that's shaped like a drill. Similar to my signature weapon.

I also saw a cat pass by. It was so cute. There was also a cross, that seemed awfully familiar. Like, I've seen it on someone or as an accessory, but I can't remember. I also saw Plue in the form of a cloud!! What a cutie!! Ever since I was a kid, I had this weird obsession with clouds, and watching them. And who did I use to watch them with? Take a guess.

"Mind if I join you?" A masculine voice asked.

I looked over, and then I came across a smirking Gray who was kneeling down, right beside me.

"Sure. I don't really mind at all." I said. Soon, Gray sat down right beside me.

"You lookin' at clouds?" Gray asked.

"Yup. And I just saw this weird cloud that looked like a cross. I feel like I've seen it somewhere..." I said.

"You mean this?" Gray said, while picking up his cross necklace for emphasis. I sat up.

"Yeah. By the way, where did you get that necklace?" I asked. Gray looked away.

"It's just a piece that I got." Gray answered.

"I see. It's really fitting for you." I said.

"Thanks." Gray said, while his shirt was off. Huh?

"Uh...Gray? What happened to your shirt?"

"...Don't worry about it. I'll look for it later."

"Alright."

"Hey look at that! That cloud looks like a water drop!!" Gray said, as he was pointing to another cloud. He's right. It did look like a water drop.

"What does that cloud look like to you, Gray?" I asked, while pointing to another one.

"Hm...that looks like...a bow."

How cute. That cloud was shaped like a bow. Adorable.

"Any that you see intriguing?" Gray asked.

I put a finger to my chin, while I was looking for another one. I spotted one, and pointed to it.

"The one up there looks like a flower." I said, "It might be a daisy."

"Hey, you're right. By the way, what's your favorite flower?"

"My favorite flower? My favorite flower is the Sunflower!" I exclaimed. Yup, it's true. I love Sunflowers. I always have, ever since I was 4 years old. Believe it or not, my sister who I hate so damn much...Cecilia...was the one who introduced them to me. But, I'll go into that another time.

"That's nice. I'm glad that you like them."

"Yeah! I wish to be surrounded by Sunflowers someday, in a nice and warm place!" I said, while looking at more clouds.

Gray gave me another smirk. "Is that so?"

"Yuppers in a fluppers!" I said, while closing my eyes.

"I'll be sure to make that happen..." Gray muttered.

"What was that?" I asked, since I didn't understand what he said.

"Oh nothing!" He said, rather defensively. Alright then.

"Let's keep on spotting clouds shall we?" I asked.

"Sure." He replied.

I tried to see more clouds, more interesting. Ones that I found were either oddly-shaped, or I just can't tell what they are. But I finally found one that's the Fairy Tail mark!

"I found a good looking cloud!" I said.

"I think I see it too. Is is the Fairy Tail guild mark by any chance?" I nodded, and Gray chuckled.

"I knew it. This is actually kinda fun, when I think about it." Gray said.

"Yeah it is! Especially when you're with your best friend!" I said.

Gray chuckled. "Agreed."

I yawned. "Whew! All of this cloud watching is making me tired...!" I said, while stretching.

"How about I take you home?" Gray offered. Really, he is such a gentlemen.

"Actually, I want to take another quick nap."

"Another one?"

"Yeah. I took another nap, before you got here." I admitted.

"Alright then. Mind if I join you then?" Gray asked. I shook my head.

"I don't mind at all. I think naps are more comfy with friends." I said.

"Very true." Gray said, as he was getting into a comfy position to take a nap. I followed his lead, and I closed my eyes, as the last cloud I saw was shaped as a sunflower...
